You can only create promotions from the web portal.
- Log in to your web portal
- Click on Promotions
- Click on Advanced Promotion
→ Add a Promotion Name
→ Select the Channel where you want to implement this promotion
→ Select the Start and End Date for the promotion
→ Select the condition when to use this promotion
Condition 1: When a Customer “Buys the following products”
→ Put the quantity of “All Products” or “Specific Products”
→ Select what “They will get”
→ They will either get to pay a fixed amount or they can get a discount in another product and get another product for free.
→ You can use the 1st option to implement buy 2 at fixed price
→ You can implement 2nd option to implement buy 1 get 1 free, or buy 1 and get discount in another specified items.
Condition 2: When a Customer “Spends the following amount”
→ Select the Amount, and % or $ discount that customer can save.
→ For the above snapshot, when the customer spends more than $50,they will get 20% instant discount.
- Save the Promotion
At Last:
Once the promotion is saved, it should be reflected to your specific channel.
→ If you implemented it for POS, refresh the system from manage and check.
→ If you implemented it for online ordering, open your online ordering website and check if the discount is implemented or not. If you don’t see it, refresh the browser onces or wait for couple of minutes to be reflected.
→ If you implemented if for Kiosks, check in your kiosks software, if its reflected properly or not. If not, refresh or restart the app.
