Deleting/Deactivating a Product

From Web Portal:

1. Log in to your web portal

2. Click on Inventory

3. In the “Product List” section, search for the product you want to “Deactivate” or “Delete”
4. Select the products you want to deactivate or delete.

5. Click on the “Deactivate” or “Delete” button.
6. Refresh the POS System from the Manage section. 

From the POS System:

1. Click on Manage

2. Click on Inventory

3. Click on Products

4. Search for the Product you want to “Deactivate”
5. Click on the “Eye” Button

6. Click Deactivate.

7. Refresh the POS System from the Manage section.
